What kind of quality can I expect with these prints?
The best you can find! I don’t work with a cheap globally printing facility, but with a local company that offers the highest quality in materials and color truth. The printing process, the ink, the material (canvas/paper), the Firnis (hand applied final fixation) is all done out of love for art and colors. You buy not only a unique piece of art but a high quality product.
What if I am unsure, if I will like it?
We will happily help you with your decision by creating a mockup for you. To do this please make a straight photo of the place you would like to have it and send it to art@karinselenit.com
Don’t forget to include the approximate measurements (i.e. height of the couch), plus which size you would like to order. You will receive your mockup usually within 30 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer various payment methods via our partner Stripe and Afterpay.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide – provided that there is delivery service of course.
Additional shipping costs may apply at the checkout.

How long will it take to receive my products?
Your order will be ready within 48-72 hours on working days to be shipped.
Additionally the general estimates for the standard postal courier shipping method is 2-7 working days within Europe, and 7-15 working days to the rest of the world.
Is there customs to be paid?
There might be a customs fee, which depends on the country it is shipped from and to. Within Europe we ship from Germany.
For instance if you live in Great Britain, you will have to pay a customs (toll) fee for a Canvas Print from the E.U.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking code as soon as your products are ready to be shipped.
What happens, when my order arrives damaged?
